[Koha] Need Help in Koha Multiple instance

Prefix the relevant environment variables to the command:

PERL5LIB="/usr/share/*kohaX*/lib" KOHA_CONF="/etc/*kohaX*/koha-conf.xml"
/usr/share/*kohaX*/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl <params>

In our setup we have created wrapper scripts for handling this gracefully
