[Koha] 3.8.4 Error message when editing authorities

I reproduced your 500 error and found these in the logfile.  ZOOM is a
zebra lookup error.

The actual authority record was updated (here I added a bogus 'J').

following details gets updated record:

Biblios are likewise not update with the new text.
Running 'rebuild_zebra.pl -a -r -v' fixed the Authority search results, but
not the biblios, in particular the 700 field where Bearman is listed as a
secondary author.
Same issue if I modify the primary author Authority on a biblio, the
biblios are not updated with the changed content.

This seems to be a new problem after the move from 3.6.2 to 3.8.4.
