[Koha] setting up koha renewal limit

Dear Colleagues,

I am running Koha 3.06. I have been trying to set up koha renewal limit
to 1 i.e. a library user can only renew books checked out only once via
koha, after which the books need to be returned. It seems I can't get
it. How can I achieve this?
