[Koha] OPAC display "double vision"

Hi Paul,

This seems to do the trick for me:

SELECT 
  biblionumber
FROM 
  biblioitems
WHERE
  ExtractValue(marcxml,'//datafield[@tag="600"]/subfield[@code="a"]') = ""
  AND ExtractValue(marcxml,'count(//datafield[@tag="600"]/subfield[@code="a"])') = 1
