[Koha] "Refine your search" option problem

Hi all
i have noticed in OPAC 
the "Refine your search" option
when i search with Arabic word or Arabic data the words in "Refine your search" is not complete and appear in the end of the word "?"

الحضارة ال�...
is there any way to permit viewing longer words in this part and i need to remove this symbol �
