[Koha] Stop SOPA web page looping back to itself

I am trying to access http://koha-community.org/ , which is been redirected
to  http://koha-community.org/stop-sopa/.  Which is fine. However, when you
click on the  Continue to site <http://koha-community.org/>  link, which I
think should take you to the usual website, it is redirecting you back to
the  Stop-sopa page. There is some information I want on our usual website
