[Koha] cannot see items in holdings after entering new items in record

I was having problem with barcode printing. While adding new items in label,
the items are displayed but cannot be added as there are no check box and
add button. And when the records are viewed in normal preview, there are no
items in holdings as they should be and in Item view, too, there are no
items added. When "Edit Item" is clicked, the items added are present.
However, adding items or editing is like before but shows not much of
difference. When new item is added in that record, it shows the addition.
When it is deleted, the other item is also deleted.

I just can not figure out what is happening.
