[Koha] Can't Switch Language ( same problem )

l'm facing same problem  in that V. 3.4.1 , i can't switch between language , any help

Your first message sent 18 hours ago did reach the mailing list. It
was not necessary to re-send.

Have you checked the language and opaclanguages system preferences?
