[Koha] Search portal for multiple libraries

Hi there Benson...

I know Koha is capable of publish the catalog via OAI (I have never 
tried it) ... Maybe you can setup an OAI Harvester in the new portal 
that harvest the records of each Koha installation and do the search 
there...
