[Koha] Koha does not run with chromium browser

That sounds more like an issue with Chromium rather than Koha. Does it work 
with firefox (which is likely to work better with Koha anyway)? Is there a 
'Work offline' option somewhere (often the File menu) that needs to be 
switched off?
