[Koha] Cart icon - how to turn on?

Regarding Your Comment:  We sent this question last week to our local email
support list  - twice, actually - but have not heard anything back from our
support
vendor. I thought this would be a pretty easy question .... guess not!

Hey Support Vendor!  You need to step up your game if you are going to have
customers on an "unofficial" version of Koha.  It's not fair to leave
support to the rest of the community who is running the official versions.
