Thanks Nicole.

When I turn on the bookbag (cart) preference, the option to add items
to a cart appears in the opac, so the pref does *something*.
Unfortunately, once users put things in the cart, there's no way to
retrieve them without the cart icon.

When we first got set up, there was some customization done on the
opac javascript and html. Could this be interfering with the cart
display?

I've seen the cart option working in other LEK libraries on our
version, so I suspect there may be something either conflicting in our
library's prefs or some custom javascript or html blocking it. I
just don't see any reference to it in the opac prefs I've checked.
twice, actually - but have not heard anything back from our support
vendor.
I thought this would be a pretty easy question .... guess not!
