[Koha] Koha sharing online by default?

Scott,
The setting SearchMyLibraryFirst allows you to Limit or NotLimit patrons'
searches to the library they are registered at.  Sounds like you want to set
that to Limit.

I just learned about that setting so it was on my mind...so I could be
wrong.
