Have you tried MarcEdit?  It's designed to let you massage MARC data in
batches, so you can preprocess your exported records before importing them
into Koha. http://people.oregonstate.edu/~reeset/marcedit/html/index.php

item records, you can map each 852 to a 952 for Koha to ingest (one 952 per
holding).  You may need to scrub out those extra leaders and 00X's, and map
your subfields differently.  See the 3.0 manual for details:
