Upgrade is the answer ... but unfortunately it's not going to be easy
going from 2.0.2 to 3.0.x (or 3.2.x)

You would probably need to upgrade first to a 2.2.x release, then follow
the 2.2 -> 3.0 upgrade instructions.

It might be easier to get the data out, do a fresh install, and get the
data back in than actually upgrading.
