Dear All



 I have add the book in cataloging the eroor show in browser

this

Can't call method "append_fields" on an undefined value at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/MARC/File/SAX.pm line 92.
 at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/XML/LibXML/SAX.pm
line 64
 at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/MARC/File/XML.pm line 445


and koha log file show the error this
