[Koha] Kohacon10 Call for Volunteers

While it sounds awesome - it also sounds expensive ... as it is I know
I'm paying for 2 round trip tickets, hotel and food - and that is
going to break the bank.  So if those trips can be super super cheap
then maybe we could make it work.
