[Koha] Koha hidden subfields showing in opac

  We are on version 3.02.00.007, and I have the 590a set to where it 
says "Tab:5, Not repeatable, Not mandatory, hidden,"    with the hidden 
value set to 4, which I thought meant it did not show up in the opac, 
but it does indeed appear.
I thought that  4 => !OPAC Intranet Editor !Collapsed    meant "not 
visible in OPAC, visible in intranet editor  not collapsed"
Could someone tell me what I've done wrong?
