I'm more than willing to accept any and all help with planning Kohacon

I am using the wiki as a scratchpad, and hope to have a conference
site up shortly.

The areas that people at a distance could help out with is the
conference programme, maybe sponsorship. Also researching and
documenting travel options.
The programme would be the most important thing.
