[Koha] Automatic Lost item credit when returned and notification

I have placed an Enhancement request:

1 - I am also writing up directions on how to submit your enhancement ideas
and get them noted by the community.

2 - I am also writing up directions on how to enter your Sponsored
Enhancement ideas so the community will know what enhancements have been
sponsored!

3 - I will be seeking volunteers to help me review existing enhancements
that are in the database to determine if they have been "resolved/need
clarification/or must remain open"...
