in the sample, MAIN is in place of CMI, and the doc said that i have to 
change it. Could you explay which attribute should match "institution" 
in the tables?

anybody can say if it is normal that table user_permissions is empty? 
who write in this table?

and finally, what's the exact meaning of "Telnet timeout" as it happens 
immediately?
