[Koha] many files *_koha_3_00_00_107 after upgrade

No, these files are fine - they were produced by the 3.0.0->3.0.1
upgrade as backups of the previous versions of changed files.  Once
you've tested the upgrade and brought over any custom template changes
you've made, you can safely delete the *_koha_3_00_00_107 files.
