[Koha] Custom Report

I don't think you have enough of a question to get much of an answer.  Has
anybody done:

   - Custom reports? yes.
   - Querying items? yes.
   - Related to import? maybe.

You have ample options available at the moment of import for handling
attached items.

But this is probably more of a question of where your Koha MARC Framework is
expecting copy info vs. where your data located it.
