[Koha] KOHA3.01 install issue with at INC with Ma

Hi Eric,

Thanks - I have the original file and will implement your suggestion...my
koha-http.conf variable is 
SetEnv PERL5LIB "/usr/local/koha3/lib" -- the issue is where I would place
it in my webserver "8080" conf file - this is where Apache and Server
Admin implementations are different - I did set this variable via the cli
