[Koha] MARC 001 plugin?

In Koha Cataloging a "plugin" can be found by clicking on the "..."
after the cataloging field.  Basically plugins make it so that you can
edit the field with a series of pull down menus.  That said, there
isn't a plugin for the 001 that I know of.
