[Koha] A plugin for searching a value in other biblios?

Hi all,

has anyone programmed a plugin which would search - during the cataloguing -
values of a field in other biblios? For example, if I want to insert a
Series Title (MARC21 440), the plugin would search series titles inserted in
other biblios.
