[Koha] PDF files

Regarding book covers I don't know.
Concerning PDF files in general, I think you can't.
Koha is not a digital library per se, so it does not on its own let you
store files.
Yuu may want to use it in conjunction with tools such as Kete, D-space
or others I'm not aware of but someone else may suggest.
