Do you have ports 80 and 8080 forwarded correctly on your IPCOP system?
You also might want to see if your ISP filters out ports 80 and 8080 --
sometimes they frown upon customers running servers. In that case, you
can simply change to different port numbers, but you'll (unfortunately)
have to remember those every time you access the system (that or
bookmark it).
