[Koha] error when install koha 3.0 in ubuntu

These two entries in the tutorial:

 

/build/koha-3.00.00/INSTALL
/build/koha-3.00.00/INSTALL.debian

 

are actually not meant to be run as commands. They're just the names of two
files that include the official installation instructions. These
instructions are included in the Koha package. You can refer to the official
instructions for additional information if needed. 

 

I can update the tutorial to make that more clear. If you want to see those
files, you can either edit them with your favorite text editor or view them
from the shell prompt with a command like this:

 

more /build/koha-3.00.00/INSTALL
more /build/koha-3.00.00/INSTALL.debian

hi,

i already download koha 3.0 when i try to install by refer to
http://www.blazingmoon.org/guides/k3-on-u810-5.html, 
the error was out like this : 
 /build/koha-3.00.00/INSTALL
bash: /build/koha-3.00.00/INSTALL: Permission denied
