[Koha] Hidden MARC subfields

We're converting from version 2 to 3 and our dewey is 942k and item type 
is 942c.  We have them on tab 5 in the editor.  They don't show up on 
the screen.  They're in the source but the display style is set to none. 
  We haven't changed the hidden setting in the framework and it is 
currently set to 0.  I tried setting them to mandatory, but it wouldn't 
save that way.
