[Koha] Can't create new biblio in Koha 2.2.9

Thank you for your assistance, I managed to fix three tables. Koha is now working. However, when I checked the intranet error log I still found that the same error keeps coming up, i.e.
[Fri Dec 04 13:15:20 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] / 952 / z at C:/usr/koha229/intranet/cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/additem.pl line 287., referer: http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/additem.pl.
Can you please let me know what this means? Did I install koha incorrectly or there is still a table that is corrupt? What should I do? Anyone on the kohalist please help me. I am afraid that the database will crash one day if I don't fix this.
