[Koha] Label question

Hey Chris

Our tech people were able to find several error reports that had been
generated. I've attached them as it may be a bit much to list here. Beyond
that, we are still working on upgrading (our guys were saying something
about it not being packaged?!? I haven't looked at it myself yet).

I also tried Agnes' solution, but alas, no luck there, either.
