It's pointing to /etc/koha-httpd.conf
Wow! Thank you. It's wrong. I changed it to point to /etc/koha/koha-httpd.conf and ran the sudo a2ensite koha and it works now.
Thank you very much for the help. I must have symlinked it to the wrong place at first. probably a mistype on my part. I really appreciate it. :-)
