[Koha] Installed Koha 3.0 but still on 2.2.9...

2.2.9 installs to /usr/local/koha

3.00.00 installs to /usr/share/koha

Verify that you do have a Koha/3 install in /usr/share.

Then complete the K3 install by ensuring apache is reconfigured as
per /etc/koha/koha-httpd.conf and the rest of the system as per
/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml
