[Koha] Koha upgrade problem...

Hi All,

We have installed Koha 3.0.0 RC1 (koha-3.00.00-stableRC1.tar.gz) on Debian Linux and entered data (Catalogues as well as Patrons). 

We have upgraded to Koha Version 3 (koha-3.00.00.tar.gz). To upgrade to Version 3, we have followed the instructions from INSTALL.debian file.

 perl Makefile.PL --prev-install-log /path/to/koha-install-log
 make
 make test
 sudo make upgrade

After upgrading, when we access "http://localhost:8080/", the web installer gave a message saying "upgrading from 3.00.00.94 to 3.00.00.107" and database must be updated. It successfully updated the database.

Now when we try to access, "http://localhost" (OPAC interface), we are getting the following message (or error):

"System Maintenance ... we'll be back soon! If you have any questions, please contact the Site Administrator"
