[Koha] Upload of books list

I am a new user to KOHA. I am using KOHA 2.9 on Windows. Please let me know how i can do the following tasks

1. Upload my Books list - this list is available in .xls format

2. When i am trying to add a empty biblio for a created frame, the system is hanging up.
