[Koha] Records/Items don't display

Okay, firstly I just want to thank everyone for all of their help and
apologize for cluttering the list so much in the last couple of days.  I
think I'm almost there, but when I conduct a search in the catalog, I
get blank results.  It's not that it's not finding anything; it's just
that the records are blank.  When I try to add item data to the biblios
that I find by searching the cataloging module, I get the following
error 

The following fatal error has occurred:

Can't call method "fields" on an undefined value at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Biblio.pm line 1642.  The URL in the browser
reads
http://koha.bcr.org:8080/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?biblionumbe
r=
 
I get the same result in the OPAC if I try to add one of the items to a
list or the cart. If I manually insert a biblionumber into the URL, I
can pull up a record, but it won't do it on its own.  I've run the
rebuild script and resolved all of the errors that came up in the log
and am totally stumped.  

 

I'd be eternally grateful for any suggestions on getting past my latest
road block.
