[Koha] crash when creating a list

I am running Koha 3 beta.  I have been able to create lists for public, private and free use. However if I go to a record and select put on shelf it gives me the option to choose from created lists or create a new one. If I choose create a new one and press enter, then the web page closes and I have to login again.
