or # mysqldump --databases koha -p > koha_dump.sql


or from the root dir of your git checkout try... (after backing up  
you sysprefs table ;)

~/git/head$ mysql -ukohaadmin -p p9ssw0rd koha <  ./installer/data/ 
mysql/en/mandatory/sysprefs.sql
