[Koha] Update--Help with installation on fedora 8

No, it is a koha error, not an Apache one. There is nothing related in
the apache error_log.
I have added Listen 8080 to httpd.conf
and used 
Include /etc/koha/koha-httpd.conf
to add the koha section

When I enter http://localhost:8080 in the url bar
it re-directs to
http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/installer/install.pl
