[Koha] Koha 3.0 Guided Reports error: Can't call method "cookie" on an undefined value

Hello,

I am getting this error on Koha 3.0 that Installed on a Ubuntu machine a 
few days ago:

use C4::Reports;

Any idea what could be wrong?
