I started and stopped Apache. Here is the corresponding entry in C:\Program
Files\Apache Group\Apache2\logs\error.log. From, what I understand, it is
normal:

[Tue Jan 29 10:24:26 2008] [notice] Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) configured --
resuming normal operations
[Tue Jan 29 10:24:26 2008] [notice] Server built: Jul 27 2006 15:55:03
[Tue Jan 29 10:24:26 2008] [notice] Parent: Created child process 2008
[Tue Jan 29 10:24:26 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Child process is running
[Tue Jan 29 10:24:26 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Acquired the start mutex.
[Tue Jan 29 10:24:26 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Starting 250 worker threads.
[Tue Jan 29 10:26:13 2008] [notice] Parent: Received shutdown signal --
Shutting down the server.
[Tue Jan 29 10:26:13 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Exit event signaled. Child
process is ending.
[Tue Jan 29 10:26:14 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Released the start mutex
[Tue Jan 29 10:26:15 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Waiting for 250 worker
threads to exit.
[Tue Jan 29 10:26:15 2008] [notice] Child 2008: All worker threads have
exited.
[Tue Jan 29 10:26:15 2008] [notice] Child 2008: Child process is exiting

2. I also checked the C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\logs\opac-
error.log. I couln't find much information:

[Tue Jan 29 10:26:08 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of
script headers: opac-main.pl
[Tue Jan 29 10:31:03 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of
script headers: opac-main.pl

I also saw the following line: [Mon Jan 28 19:37:31 2008] [error] [client
127.0.0.1] File does not exist: C:/usr/koha228/opac/htdocs/favicon.ico
But when I searched for the favicon.ico file, I found it at
C:\usr\koha228\opac\htdocs\opac-tmpl\npl\en\includes\favicon

http://127.0.0.1, in firefox, the status bar shows Waiting for 127.0.0.1 and
a blank DOS window titled C:\usr\bin\perl.hwd opens. If I close this DOS
window, then I get the usual "Premature end of script header" message
