[Koha] Need help

Dear Sir,
Could ask you a help? I have installed Koha 2.2.4 with EasyPHP1-8. I am getting an error in configuration. When I browse as http://<server_name:80> I get the Welcome to Koha 2.2.4 then it goes back to the Internal Server Error that error no 500. 

Can help me solve my problem in configuration?
