[Koha] Koha live in Samoa

[Octavee Uhl]

I am not sure if I have the right files. But this are the only 2 files with
the name opac-search.tmpl
But I did some changes to see if that would reflect the server view. But it
does not influence the view at all. In which directory do you find the
files?
