[Koha] Selecting the itemtype

I'm new to Koha. Until now I have set up the parameters. I defined two
itemtypes (books and video-dvds). Now I would like to enter some video-dvds
but I'm not able to change the itemtype from book to dvd. Where do I select
what type of material I'm describing?
