[Koha] How to contribute

Hello everyone!
Im kinda lost as to where to ask this question so I decided to start here.

Im interested in expanding Koha to have content such as book jackets and 
reviews that is either locally hosted or from a shared Koha content server.

Would like to make this content server so that users of Koha could all 
contribute.

i noticed that Koha is using Amazon for content now, is that something that is 
can be configured?
