Wesley,
  Over the last year, I've been working on migrating the Crawford County
Federated Library system over to Koha from Winnebago. Stephen is dead on
when he says that each ILS needs custom programming to import patron data
into Koha. I've put my migration scripts in koha-tools (
koha-tools.sourceforge.net ). You can check them out to get an idea of what
needs to happen. What ILS is your college using at the moment?
