Hi All,

I am a teacher at a small rural school located in Mildmay, Ontario, Canada.
Our library is back in the stone-age in terms of automation....i.e. there is
none...even the old card catalogue is way out of date with many books not
added since the late 80's. I have a Pentium III Netvista computer that I am
interested in using for library automation. I was looking at installing
Ubuntu server on the machine....along with LAMP...and Koha. I would need to
get a barcode reader. What else do I need? What other suggestions do you
have in helping our school modernize our library? Any advice you can give
is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Take care,

Mark Stuckless
