[Koha] First steps

Hello guys,
I attempted this weekend to download Apache, MySQL, ActivePerl, and Koha 
for Windows following instructions from 'Koha on Windows Documentation'. I 
have not had any luck. I wonder if anyone on the list has recently managed 
to achieve this and if they might find a moment to impart the precise names 
of these programs.
