I don't have a Fedora box. So I may miss something...

First, verify that you get Yaz last version. If not,
http://www.indexdata.dk/yaz/.

Then use Fedora Package Manager (?) to install missing libraries. Search
for 'xslt' not 'lsxslt' ('l' means 'link' or 'library').
